Job Title: Marine Lot Technician

 Wage Range: Up to 20/Hr

Job Summary: As a Lot Tech at Team Winnebagoland Marine Center, your role is to provide general maintenance and cleaning around the store, efficiently move boats and watercraft around the lot and to offsite storage locations, and maintain an efficient flow of work coming in and out of the shop for technicians.  Through these responsibilities and assisting customers with their trailers the lot tech has a significant impact on our customers' experience and that is why this is one of the most important jobs in our store. On a weekly basis, you will work in a team to maintain a clean and organized shop, ensure technician efficiency by preparing each job and manage inventory locations.  The wage for this position will be based on experience but there is no limit to where this career can take you if you are coachable and motivated.

Our company is looking for an experienced Marine Lot Technician

Responsibilities:

• Basic Cleaning/Housekeeping Responsibilities 

• Assist Loading and Unloading Guests

• Maintain Inventory Locations

• Assist Technicians in Completing Test Drives

• Trailer Watercraft To and From Storage

• Unload Boats from Semi Trailers

• Arrange Watercraft to Promote Tech efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Must obtain all marine certifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
